The interior is constructed using gray wood finish and natural stone, complemented by orange leather furniture and metal finishes.

The design of The One Palace emphasizes a smooth circular flow, creating a seamless connection between different functional areas. The living room and dining area, adorned with gray natural stone and wood finish, blend seamlessly with the high-grade gray furniture of various textures and lusters. The open space design of the living, dining, and cooking areas fosters communication and family activities without the need for partition walls.

Technical specifications of The One Palace include a semi-open study room that maintains interaction with other areas when the sliding door is fully opened. The master bedroom, spanning 46 square meters, offers a spacious workbench or dressing table, accompanied by a U-shaped cloakroom for ample storage. The master bathroom, covering 12 square meters, features an open layout with double basins and a large bathtub, reminiscent of a luxurious hotel.

In the hallway, a combination of natural veined stone and a round mirror creates a sense of ritual upon entering the home. The cabinet at the back integrates a wine rack and kitchen island, forming an open dining area. Additionally, a private corner is cleverly designed behind the sofa, featuring a glass partition that creates a small bar counter for one person, providing a quiet space for relaxation and contemplation.

The One Palace is a property developed by Xukun Real Estate in Xi'an, China. The project commenced in May 2019 and was completed in November 2020. With its large open living space and a simple yet diverse gray palette, the design embodies a sense of simplicity and elegance.
